I only use soft OLED screens on every XS repair (same as original). While costing more than a Chinese aftermarket LCD or Hard OLED, they are vastly superior in touch accuracy, color reproduction, build quality & durability. The last thing you want is to get a cheap replacement screen on your iPhone. They die easily and are not as responsive to touch inputs and are less reliable.
